18V AEG ADAPTER

NO MORE MESS This OxRock designed and manufactured adapter makes greasing hassle free. It converts the AEG 18V grease gun (Australia/New Zealand Models) from use of the old 450g pull off cartridges into the new 500g screw cartridges. The metal cartridge with the long plunger will no longer be required.

1) Simply remove the metal cartridge from the AEG grease gun and insert the OxRock adapter with a 24mm socket.

2) Torque to 25Nm, the OxRock adapter will remain in the gun permanently.

3) Insert the OxRock screw thread cartridge and prime gun as below.

4) To prime the AEG grease gun, put pressure on the bottom of the cartridge and press the bleed button simultaneously. Repeat until grease exits the bleeder.

5) Happy greasing!

No further bleeding is required once the first cartridge is correctly primed

TOP TIP - When changing cartridges, press white cartridge plunger until grease is pushed out the top to eliminate air pockets.
