KAJO® BIO-Grease MHP is a readily biodegradable, high-performance NLGI 3 grease specifically developed for the lubrication of plug tools and wear bushings in hydraulic and pneumatic hammers. It is particularly suited to mobile equipment operating in environmentally sensitive areas where lubricant may be released into the environment.

Formulated with selected biodegradable synthetic esters, a lithium soap thickener and white solid lubricants, it provides high load-carrying capacity, excellent separation properties, corrosion protection and water resistance. It is designed to protect critical wear points exposed to extreme surface pressures and temperatures.

KAJO® BIO-Grease MHP carries the EU Ecolabel (DE/027/286) and, as shown on the product information sheet, the Blue Angel (Blauer Engel) environmental label

  • Biodegradable for use in applications and industries where environmental concerns are high (under-water, urban sites etc.).
  • Suitable for a range of low, moderate and high temperature applications.
  • Excellent resistance to water & oxidation, protecting against rust and corrosion.
  • Excellent seal against contamination (dirt, dust etc.). 
  • Excellent mechanical stability - strong adhesiveness, long-life for lubrication on hammer/rock breakers to protect against wear.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking to activate. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused, original-condition items and will refund the full order amount minus return shipping.
