KAJO Lignum P 460 Grease is a high-performance polyurea grease developed for roller bearings in pellet press edge runners operating under extreme loads and temperatures. Designed for demanding biomass and wood pellet production environments, it provides excellent thermal stability, high load carrying capability and extended bearing service life.

Its specialised thickener system maintains consistent lubrication performance at elevated temperatures, helping reduce wear, improve bearing reliability and extend maintenance intervals in pellet press applications.

TOP TIP -When changing cartridges, press white cartridge plunger until 5-10ml of grease exits the top of cartridge to ensure of uninterrupted greasing. 

KAJO 500g cartridges contain 10% more grease, reducing the number of changes and saving time.
