KAJO LMF PAO 2 B GREASE is a high-performance, PAO-based synthetic aluminium complex grease designed for the lubrication and protection of heavily loaded roller and friction bearings operating under extreme temperatures, high loads, and demanding industrial conditions.

It offers excellent thermal stability, outstanding wear protection, and strong resistance to oxidation and ageing, ensuring long service life in continuous operation. The grease provides good adhesion, high mechanical stability, and reliable protection against water and corrosion, making it suitable for harsh operating environments.

NSF H1 approved for the food and feed industry where incidental contact cannot be excluded.

  • Excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal ageing for extended service life under continuous operation.
  • Excellent resistance to water, rust, and corrosion for long-term component protection.
  • Very good mechanical stability under shear stress and demanding operating conditions.
  • Good adhesive properties
  • Meets the requirements according to USDA 2H-1 (FDA CFR 178.3570)
  • Suitable for low, moderate and high temperature applications (-30°C to +160°C, dropping point 250°C)
  • Consistency: NLGI 2 – smooth, stable, high-performance synthetic structure.

TOP TIP -When changing cartridges, press white cartridge plunger until 5-10ml of grease exits the top of cartridge to ensure of uninterrupted greasing. 

KAJO 500g cartridges contain 10% more grease, reducing the number of changes and saving time.
